Frequently Asked Questions

All the prints that you can order in our store are printed on an Epson SC-P900 printer on archival matte paper and are packaged and shipped by us. Any merchandise offered in our store is processed and shipped by companies that are affiliated with the platform Gelato.

INFORMATION ABOUT PRINTS

1. How much is shipping?
The exact shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout, but we can give you an estimation for the prints. Prints are shipped from The Netherlands.

Small prints (A4-size, send in board back envelope)

The Netherlands: €1,99
Europe, United Kingdom: €3,50
Rest of the World: €3,99

Bigger prints (A3(+) and A2-size, send as package)

The Netherlands: €4,99
Europe: €8,00
United Kingdom: €9,99
Rest of the World: €13,99

Please note that your order (prints send as a package) might be eligible for duty tax at customs in your own country!  

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
We'll do our best to ready and ship your order within 2 - 3 business days. The prints need to dry for 24 hours so the ink can cure properly on the archival matte paper. This way, we can assure you the best quality of the prints. 

After we've shipped the print(s), the delivery times are:

The Netherlands: 1 - 2 business days*
Europe, United Kingdom: 2 - 4 business days*
United States, Canada: 4 - 8 business days*
Australia: 5 - 10 business days*

The smallest A4-sized prints will be send in a sturdy envelope and have no tracking information. The bigger A3 and A2-sized prints are send as a package and we will provide you with the tracking information. 

* This is a delivery time estimation based on the information provided by the post company we use (PostNL). There might be delays due to customs or other events that are out of our control, our sincere apologies if your order takes longer to arrive at your address.

3. I didn't receive my print(s)!
We would kindly ask you to wait up to 7 business days, there might have been an unforeseen delay in the delivery process and your order might still show up! If you you still haven't received your order after this time, please contact us through store@semicoop.com and we'll make sure you'll get your print. 

4. My print is damaged!
Shoot, that's no good! Please send us a message with your order number and a picture at store@semicoop.com and we'll get that sorted out asap.

 

INFORMATION ABOUT MERCHANDISE

1. How much is shipping of the apparel items?
Add the products you're interested in to your shopping cart and shipping will be calculated after you've entered your address at check out. This is before the payment step.

2. Where does the merchandise ship from? 
Gelato has 130+ production partners in 32 different countries so your order can be fulfilled in a place near where you live. This means quicker delivery due to shorter transportation and that's better for the environment!

3. Why use a print-on-demand service?
We do not have the time, space nor financial capacity for a warehouse and we think this way better for the environment!
